The room itself was decent, but the kitchen lacked a sink, and reaching my room was a struggle because of the many stairs that had no handrails, making them unsafe to walk on.

The view of the dam was lovely, which is the only good thing about this place; the bed was actually in a kitchen, far from what we expected for the price we paid, the shower didn’t work and there was no hot water, and the copious stairs to get to the room were a surprise for us pensioners.

The staff were welcoming, yet the bed consisted of two single mattresses instead of one queen or king size mattress, the shower was full of hair, the bed itself had hair all over it, no one informed us of the power outage until I called, there was no backup power, the floor became wet and slippery while showering, the bathroom window could not close properly, the staff made a lot of noise, and security kept flashing his torch around our area, keeping us up.
