“A wonderful historic city but much more manageable if you have your own transport.!”

The hotel sat inside the historic walls of this charming city, and the staff—especially Katia—were very helpful. Cittadella doesn’t have a taxi service, so it was a long slog for me, carrying two heavy cases over uneven pavements, but the locals I asked along the way were able to direct me.

I stayed at this hotel for work and overall it was very good. I liked the cleanliness, the welcoming and helpful staff, and the convenient location. The rooms are basic and not fancy, but they’re clean, tidy, and mostly quiet—an important plus when you need to rest while traveling for work. Overall, a simple but functional property that met all my needs.

“Lovely place to stay in medieval town”

The staff were helpful and friendly, making our stay very comfortable. The room and bathroom were spotless and the air conditioning worked well (it was hot). The continental breakfast was excellent and the coffee was good. Nothing to dislike; we didn’t drive, so I’m not sure about parking, but there seemed to be plenty of space outside the city wall.

The spot is ideal for exploring the city centre; parking a motorbike takes a bit more effort because finding a space in the downtown area is difficult, but the nearest parking lot is only about 5 minutes away.

Right in the heart of Citadella, the room was spacious, spotless and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and you could get a 10 % discount at the on‑site Restaurant I Bie. Free parking is available just outside the walls, and the breakfast was simple yet tasty—great if you’re traveling and want a nice place in a beautiful setting.
