The staff were friendly, but the room was extremely dirty, full of mold, and I discovered cigarette butts and drug baggies under the bedsheet—clearly the bedding hadn’t been changed from the previous guest.

Getting in was a breeze, with parking right outside and a very quiet interior. The room was large and spacious, ideal for a 9‑month‑old, and the double bed was very comfortable. The smart TV was huge and offered YouTube, Netflix, etc., using our own login. The bathroom was a good size and included a bath, shower, and bidet. A small heater warmed the whole room nicely. However, the cleanliness left something to be desired: it was dusty and could have used a vacuum. I found a few bits of rubbish and a condom wrapper under the bed edge. The main window had a big crack that had been glued, raising safety concerns, and the bathroom had a musty mold smell.

There was nothing to praise, but the greeting was missing anyone at the front desk, the location was hard to find, and the cleanliness was awful: bed sheets were blood‑stained, the floor had black rings, the shower had hair in the basin, the bathroom was dirty, and the wall above the bed had blood and scratch marks—photos confirm it. The windows were insecure and neglected.

I was staying for the football at Anfield. Excellent location and loads of on street parking especially if arriving around check-in time, gets busier later with football fans parking there because only 20 minute walk to the stadium. Excellent check in process, no keys involved, so can’t lose them! All access done digitally. Room was excellent, bed comfortable, plus tv and fridge. Private bathroom with excellent shower. Nothing to dislike

The location was good, but the place felt more like a hostel than a hotel. The carpet was stained, mold grew around the shower cubicle and the silicone was peeling, and there were no basics like tea bags, coffee, or milk. The bedding was poor and the price dropped from £80 to £28 per night. The windows were old with cracked panels, the curtains were dusty, and the garden was a bit overgrown with old furniture.
