We liked the location for what we needed. The only hiccup was waking up at 3:30 am from a loud AC alarm in our room; maintenance came fast, but it ruined our first night's sleep.

Breakfast was excellent, everything was freshly prepared. The staff were extraordinarily friendly and professional. The toilet flush was a bit tough to use.

When paying, we were overcharged by more than 200 € for cleaning (laundry). My husband paid the amount because he didn’t notice, but I did; it turned out the charge was for the previous guest’s cleaning. That shouldn’t have happened!!

I loved the little extras in the room for my partner’s birthday. At the rooftop bar we left three of four drinks on the table because they were unconsumable; I wish we’d complained then, but we were exhausted from traveling. We spent about £70, which was really disappointing.
