“Overall great stay. Breakfast was delish!”
The hotel’s location makes it a breeze to reach Legacy Arena, though the towels were noticeably worn despite the comfortable room.

The location was perfect for the event we attended, though it was a bit overpriced; still, the downtown location was great.

Everything was literally there, but I had to pay to park every time I went in and out.

The staff, especially Jason at check‑in, were super friendly and helpful, and since I was going to the event at Legacy Arena, staying at the Sheraton was a no‑brainer; I used the valet service instead of hunting for parking myself, which was convenient. I tried ordering food at 9:45 p.m. via the QR code on my TV, but I kept getting an error saying food wouldn’t be available until 11 a.m. the next morning, so I got dressed again, walked downstairs to the bar, ordered food, and was told the bar was open until midnight—annoying because I’d already changed into pajamas and was ready to relax. The bar was busy, and my $9 dessert wasn’t included in my order at first, so I went back (even though I hadn’t reached the elevators yet) to ask for it. The server put on a black plastic glove and hand‑plucked my tiramisu from the display case, squishing some of it in the process because it had been there a while; I ate it anyway and it tasted fine, but the sight was very off‑putting. And while I know the noise from the Interstate can’t be helped, the constant roar of traffic from my room overlooking the roads was loud and made it a bit hard to sleep.

The venue was very close, but the room had little lighting. I had to pay twice the rate because a concert was in town, and I paid $300+ for one night to get a scrappy view of the hotel roof. Valet parking cost $29 and I ended up paying $43. When I checked out I asked how to pay valet, the front desk told me to go to the valet window. I finally got through the line at valet and they said I could have paid once on my credit card at the desk when I paid for my room.
