Three rare & private front beach villas

“Super helpful host who arranged everything, plus a beautiful, well‑kept seafront villa we’d love to return to.”

The host was extremely helpful, handling everything from ferry transfers and scooter rentals to chilled welcome drinks and excellent restaurant recommendations, and the villa by the sea was beautifully maintained – we’d gladly return.

A fantastic place thanks to amazing hosts! The stay went very well, with lots of responsiveness, so we can only recommend it.

Best accommodation in a long time. Everything was truly perfect here. Mica and his wife set a whole new level on Koh Phangan with their villas and willingness to help. The place is very clean and well kept, spacious, the beds are excellent, the climate control can be finely adjusted, and the kitchen has everything you need. Drinking water is plentiful and the two support you in every imaginable way. Thank you again. The villas are right on the dock. You can enjoy the sunset over Ang Thong on the large terrace, spend the day on the sun‑protected beach area, or explore the lagoon with kayaks or SUPs. Many restaurants and bars, and the town center, are all within walking distance. No spot on the island is more than a 30‑minute drive away. We rarely felt so comfortable and would come back again and again. Definitely nothing to complain about.

Our stay was incredible. The villa was amazing, had everything you could possibly need and more, and was spotlessly cleaned each day. The attention to detail shows just how much passion the owners, Mica and Sea, have for these properties. The beachfront location is magical and the views!!! Just wow! And as others have said before Mica is just the best host, full of knowledge and information. Nothing is too much trouble, going above and beyond what we would expect. It felt like we were part of a family and we truly did not want to leave. You have to stay here, you will not regret it. There is not one negative thing to say.

“Absolutely recommend and if I’m ever back on the island I’ll be sure to stay again”

The setting was beautiful, completely remote but only 10 minutes away from shops. Sea helped us download some apps to order to the villa as well, which was great when it rained. Mica and Sea were so helpful and full of advice and tips on what to do.
