The rooms were renovated, clean, and comfortable, but they are cutting back on breakfast items and the shower outlet needs cleaning. 7.0/10

The location is good, breakfast is fancy, the hot tub is very enjoyable, and the price for booking is great. However, the receptionists between the afternoon and evening were unhelpful when I called; they questioned me, sent the wrong items, gave things in fractions, and seemed unwilling. I asked for more bath salts because they had left a sachet for three days, but they sent shampoo instead; I requested a sandwich without ham, just cheese, but there was barely any cheese, and the paper towel was light, and when I left there was no restock. I hate this kind of stinginess! It's agony to pay for it. On top of that, the air conditioner is from the dinosaur era—it won't turn off and makes a horrible noise. 6.0/10

“Uma noite em Ilha de Capri”

O que mais gostamos foi da piscina e teto solar!. Apesar do secador de cabelo não estar funcionando, não fez falta pois tínhamos um na bolsa!
