Good location inside the Médina, but right on the edge—fewer people, cheaper, less crowded. Walking distance from many attractions. Spacious, three bedrooms, two terraces. The host and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was cooked on site and even with 40 °C outside, the temperature inside was manageable.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful, the breakfasts were excellent, and Fatna was super good—highly recommended.

The décor, air conditioning (though poorly distributed), brightness, and cleaning service were positive. The host’s attitude was the biggest disappointment; she spoke negatively about Morocco, which we chose to visit for its culture, and repeatedly pushed the breakfast. Other people we met in Morocco were very kind and courteous. The accommodation also has several areas to improve: difficult access, children’s room doors that didn’t close, some wardrobes and appliances locked, poor air‑conditioning distribution, and little privacy because people could see into the rooms. Overall we expected more comfort, privacy, and guest attention.
Everything was beautiful and perfect. The only thing that sparked a discussion with the owners was the tourist tax: Booking listed €2.50 per day, but the owner demanded €4.20, which I refused to pay, and he didn’t take it well. If the tax is higher than what Booking says, I want proof; otherwise I won’t pay. Otherwise we were great, including the delicious breakfast cooked and served directly to us at home. The only flaw is that the house has no windows, but the terrace makes up for it.
