“Un hébergement qui manque d'autonomie et des contraintes trop nombreuses”
The main advantage of this accommodation is its location. For everything else, my experience was disappointing. I had understood that I would have a place that offered a certain level of autonomy, but it turns out to be a room in an apartment shared with the owner, which changes the experience significantly. The kitchen, although described as equipped, is not set up in a practical way for cooking and eating: no table to eat at and no trash bin in the kitchen. I also question the extra fees: €30 cleaning and €16 air‑conditioning for just two nights in October. The total amount reached €303.65, which seems high given the conditions and the equipment actually available. Another problematic point: before my arrival, after having reported an expected arrival around 18 h, I asked what to do in case of delay. I was told that arriving after the expected time could lead to cancellation without refund. To avoid losing my reservation, I changed my train route, incurring extra costs. Yet on the day of my arrival, the owner was absent and access was arranged by code and keys (was it finally simple?!!). The instructions were also many: remove shoes and do not phone in the room after 22 h. Respect for neighbors is normal, but it is regrettable that the owner runs his washing machine with its bell until 23 h. The next day, his shirts were drying on the shower bar, which I had to clear so I could wash. The owner is polite, and the location is good, but this does not compensate for the accumulation of constraints, lack of comfort, and the feeling of not being able to enjoy the stay freely.
