The hostel met my expectations, but we arrived during the Formula 1 week when Madrid was packed. The hostel was honest about everything. The only downside was that we had to climb three flights of stairs—one to the reception and two more to the room. The staff at the front desk helped us with our luggage at both check‑in and check‑out.

The furnishings were sparse and low‑quality, but the bed was good. I had to ask for a water pitcher and a hair dryer because they weren’t in the room. The place was clean. Overall, it’s an economical room, but the price is too high for what’s offered.
