I like staying here: Wi‑Fi is good, the room is clean, and the location is perfect.

The building’s location is the only positive. We booked last minute and were charged about ₹8,000–9,000 per room, which is far too high for what’s offered. The property looks shabby and poorly maintained, and I wouldn’t recommend it for families. The rooms are tiny, poorly ventilated, and unhygienic. We saw cockroaches, making the stay uncomfortable and unacceptable from a cleanliness point of view. The building contains almost 4,000 guesthouses run by the same people, and the condition across them is similar with little variation. Backpackers or budget travelers paying around ₹3,000 per room might manage, but it’s a strict no‑go for families. The location is great, but a proper hotel in the same area would provide better comfort, hygiene, and value for money.

Breakfast isn’t included, but the location is good. The place is very crowded and dirty.

The host is a Pinay and helped us with transportation. I didn’t like that the accommodation didn’t confirm we had to pay in cash only on arrival; I thought my card was already charged, which stressed me out. I also disliked that someone entered our room without permission just to do laundry; we felt unsafe the whole time.
