Sam and Angie run the place and welcome you, making you feel at home.

The beach is close and a short walk takes you into town; Sam and his wife were very accommodating and the rooms are very comfortable, though many dogs bark late at night, which could happen anywhere.

The property sits right in the middle of the main party area, so it’s very noisy and not very comfortable; Sam, the owner, is a nice person but the overall experience suffered from the noise, and he should update the photos so guests have a fair understanding.
