The beds were some of the cheapest and most uncomfortable I've ever slept in, so you should invest more in them.

The staff were really nice, even after the lady in front of us treated them poorly, and the big fridge was a plus, but there were only two pillows for a queen bed and the carpet was always gross.

The staff were nice, but nothing felt clean, the place was run down, the water never got hot, the free wifi with last name and password didn't work, and there were people literally fighting and screaming in the hallway; I had to call twice before it stopped and I didn't feel comfortable or safe.
