The reception was very friendly, the hotel is beautiful and sits right on the edge of Benicassim, easily reachable via the greenway in front of the hotel; the room was comfortable with a balcony overlooking the sea. Everything was perfect!

“Staff ottimo, posizione meno”

We had a good stay thanks to the charming staff, especially the reception lady, who was very kind and available, rating a 10. The breakfast was also very good. We thought the hotel was in the same historic building as the restaurant, surrounded by nature and near the sea, but it actually sits in the middle of a traffic‑heavy road. They gave us a room next to the elevator, and every time someone passed we could hear them as if we were in the same room, while the hallway lights would turn on and illuminate our room.

“Lugas tranquilo y maravilloso al lado de la via verde”

The hotel was quiet, the cafeteria service was good, the pool was great, and the rooms were comfortable; I loved it. Nothing to complain about.
