Everything at Hapuku was delightful: the accommodation, the food, and the super friendly, helpful staff. The nature walk and free stargazing were the highlights. No complaints to report.

The setting was lovely, the staff were tremendous, the food was fab, and they even had board games and excellent star‑gazing chairs; the staff handled everything with ease. However, the fridge in our room broke, and because we were close to reception, the noise was a bit much.

Staying in a tree house was absolutely fantastic – we loved it, the room offered wonderful views, the blinds were great, and everything was electronic. The only downside was that the electric toilet and the light kept turning on at night, so it would be nice if you could switch them off.
