The spot is great if you’re after Delhi’s posh side, though it’s a bit noisy as you’d expect; the staff were very friendly, yet the hotel felt a bit bland and the terrace turned out to be just a staff lounge with no relaxing vibe for guests.

The hotel’s location is solid and safe, the room and service are very good, and the décor feels like an old‑fashioned Indian house, but you have to climb several stairs to get in; I’d suggest offering reusable filtered water bottles instead of plastic ones, adding a bath mat and a hand towel beside the bath towel, extending the shower curtain so water doesn’t drip out, and removing the sharp‑edged metal toilet paper holder for safety.

The rooms are spacious, the staff are attentive, and the location is excellent, but having ironing boards would have made it perfect.
