“Perfetto poco fuori dal centro”

The room was comfortable, quiet, and the private car parking meant no street parking. It was very clean and convenient for those who prefer a bit of walking to reach the center (we walked 25 min on foot).

Świetny hotel! Obsługa genialna, wszystko na najwyższym poziomie, każda potrzeba została bezproblemowo zaspokojona! Personel reagował na każdą prośbę i znajdował rozwiązanie. Pomogli z bagażami i z taksówką, pokierowaniem w ciekawe miejsca Tirany. Przywitano nas napojami oraz kawą. Całą dobę był ktoś na recepcji, więc czuliśmy się bardzo zaopiekowani. Można płacić kartą. Sam apartament również spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Było czysto, jest klimatyzacja. W apartamencie rodzinnym aż 3 łazienki, duży taras, bardzo wygodne łóżka. Bardzo miła pani sprzątająca. Nie jest daleko do centrum, bo około 20 minut spacerem, a tuż pod hotelem znajduje się sklep. Dziękuję bardzo! Dzięki Wam nasze wakacje były niezapomniane

We booked a gorgeous three‑bedroom flat, but when we arrived the place had been double‑booked; they tried to give us two one‑room units instead, which we declined because that wasn’t what we signed up for.

The staff were helpful; even though we checked in a bit early, they assisted us and helped with parking. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and soft, and it had a balcony. The location was a medium distance from the centre. When we checked in early, they told us the sheets weren’t clean and we slept because we were tired. They didn’t charge us for the early check‑in at first, but later they said they would.
