Good, excellent location and view. The breakfast table could be more convenient.

Everything was perfect: the room was clean, brand new and welcoming, and the spot was right in the middle of the main street. I got in touch with the guy who runs it, and he was great.

We stayed at this B&B and felt very comfortable. The place was clean, well‑maintained, and beautiful, welcoming and pleasant. Its central location made it easy to visit Spello. We really appreciated the attention to detail, cleanliness, and calm atmosphere. A truly enjoyable stay that I definitely recommend for anyone who wants to explore Spello and experience the town from a convenient, characteristic spot.

The room had a large bathroom in the middle of the city, and there was nothing else to note.
