“Disappointing”

Dear Customer Support, I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding my recent hotel stay booked through your platform and to request a full refund. The conditions of the hotel were completely unacceptable and far below the standards advertised . There was no hot water available for bathing, and the Wi-Fi did not work at all, despite being listed as an included amenity. Additionally, I specifically booked this accommodation with breakfast included, yet no meal was provided at any time, meaning I was charged for a service that was never delivered. The situation was further worsened by the extremely poor cleanliness of the room. I encountered cockroaches in the room, which is a serious hygiene and health concern and made the stay unbearable. Due to these multiple failures, the hotel did not provide even the most basic services promised at the time of booking. This constitutes a clear misrepresentation of the property and a breach of the booking conditions. Given the severity of these issues, I believe a full refund is justified, and I request that take immediate action to resolve this matter. I also urge you to review this property to prevent other guests from experiencing similar conditions. I expect a prompt response and a clear resolution

“Aweful.Bed bugs cockroaches”

Nothing was good. The bed had bugs, cockroaches, blood stains on the sheet, and fungus—an unhealthy, unhygienic place that I couldn’t even stay in for 5 minutes.
