The staff were friendly, but they added an extra charge for air conditioning and didn’t provide the promised breakfast. The booking number’s contact ignored my breakfast request, and after paying the booking fee everything was fine until the AC and fans stopped working at night.

They even billed us for water, which should have been disclosed beforehand, and rooms aren’t cleaned daily; the walls are thin enough to hear conversations in the next room, raising privacy concerns.

The bathroom was dirty, breakfast was supposedly included but we were charged extra, and for a family of two adults and a child they claimed only one person’s breakfast was covered – I couldn’t grasp that logic.
