The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. The restaurant service was unreliable; about half of the menu items were unavailable, the service was slow, and the food quality was average.

The location was good, but the view from the room wasn’t great, and breakfast was just okay. There were many options, yet the good ones were scarce, whether it was South Indian or North Indian cuisine. Room service was slow; we waited more than half an hour for an iron, and by the time it arrived, it had started raining so we couldn’t go out. They should have explained the delay. The whole experience would have been much better if the food were good and the service faster.
