The real highlight was the host: very kind, let us into the room early, replaced a broken hair dryer with a new one in 20 minutes, and immediately fixed the non‑working Wi‑Fi repeater. Very helpful and friendly. The location was great, close to everything and a short walk from the metro stop. However, the room was small and missing essentials: no bedside tables, no wardrobe (just a black coat rack), no chair or desk. The only window faced the inner courtyard. The listing claimed there was an elevator, but there were only stairs, which made it uncomfortable for the person traveling with me who has a knee problem. Supplies were also sparse: only two mini soap bottles and one roll of toilet paper for the whole stay (4 nights, 2 people). After requesting more, we were given a second roll and another small bottle, but that wasn’t enough, so we had to buy soap ourselves. The shower wasn’t spotless. The host’s courtesy was the only real positive; with a few more touches—essential furnishings, adequate supplies, cleaner shower, and a more accurate elevator description—the stay would have been much more enjoyable.
