The rooms were nice, clean, and had comfortable beds, and the staff were friendly and helpful; they upgraded me to a junior suite as compensation for a room‑selection issue, showing a proactive approach. Most things were good, though room service could be expanded.

Conveniently located for GIFT City, but the overall experience fell well below the standards expected of a Radisson property; the food and drinks were disappointing and lacked freshness, not what I’d expect from a Radisson-branded hotel. The service team’s English was limited, making communication harder than it should be. The air conditioning was excessively loud and kept the room uncomfortably cold even at the lowest fan speed, and I became sick after a three‑day stay, so overall it wasn’t a great experience.
