The staff were extremely rude and showed no respect for the elderly; an employee forced us to use the outside stairs to reach our room and, after seeing my 85‑year‑old father, she curtly refused to open the indoor stairwell, claiming it was locked that day. Unacceptable behavior!

The area is quiet and getting in is easy with a key box, but there was no breakfast service even though it was advertised.

What a wonderful, quiet place in Prague. You stay on the outskirts, but public transport brings you straight into the city centre. The apartment has a very spacious outdoor terrace. The apartment lacks an indoor dining table.

Very close to the capital Prague and in a quiet area; all rooms in the family suite have independent air‑conditioning, and there’s a large external terrace on the roof (balcony). The entrance and exit are separate and never pass through the shop, which is a great and comfortable point for families and children. Everything was nice and comfortable, but anyone with many bags will find the stairs tiring.
