The staff were professional and warm, always ready to assist no matter how busy the hotel was during our stay, and there were no problems—though they might consider adding a luggage weighing scale for international travelers who want to check their luggage weight.

The hotel’s proximity to the airport and the free shuttle were convenient. However, the front desk couldn’t locate our reservation even though we showed them our documents, so we had to call the Booking helpline, which handled everything flawlessly. After the call, the staff finally found our booking, but we still waited almost an hour before receiving the room keys. This was the first time such an issue happened after many stays at Booking‑affiliated hotels.
