Only the location was good. The staff were unaware of guests’ needs, the terrace lacked basic amenities, the terrace TV had no internet or remote control, there were no minimum utensils for the grill, no trash can in the rooms, and there were no bathrooms or sinks on the terrace.

Location, surroundings, and proximity to the center were great. The cabin was a bit small and the mattress was somewhat hard.

The complex looks nice, but it’s clear that maintenance is neglected; construction is still ongoing, so things don’t match up. The cabin and hotel have been deteriorating for a long time, yet the managers seem to do nothing: no internet, the TV is old and non‑functional, and there is no hot water.

The exterior facilities are pretty, well maintained, and look good. The location is good, close to the center and restaurants. Inside the cabins the condition is poor: dirty bathrooms, a door without a lock, a leaking sink, a dirty refrigerator that even had a moo, a steep and dangerous staircase—watch out when kids go up or down, one of my children slipped but was only scared. The TV stopped working; it had no channels, and after the first day it didn’t work at all. I spoke to reception and they said no TV was in any cabin, and there was no wifi either. In short, I think the price is too high for what’s actually offered; there are cheaper and better options. It depends on the person, the photos look nice but reality changes that.
