During our stay the facility was efficient in terms of location, cleanliness, and quietness, but the spa was quite inadequate for a hotel of this caliber; the front desk prominently displays a “World’s Best Spa” award, raising expectations, yet the spa feels weak and neglected, as if no nail has been hammered in since it was built.

“D I S G R A C E”

This place is a complete disaster. The surroundings and the complex of the hotel are nice, but that's where it ends. The staff is completely unhelpful and lied to us when we checked out, refusing to return our passports. They even tried to reach us by email and phone, but it was all a ruse. The service is unfriendly, and the receptionist is dishonest. We booked the biggest room with a jacuzzi, but it was broken and we still had to pay the full price.

The shared spaces and food were great, but that's where the positives end. Unfortunately, the advertised activities were nowhere to be found, despite being promoted on the reception desk and elevators.

The food at this hotel was top-notch, but unfortunately, the internet connection was pretty dodgy. It was frustrating to have to deal with slow speeds and frequent outages.

“Yazın gittik hava çok sıcaktı. Yaklaşık 40° otelin klimaları zaman zaman yetersiz kalıyordu”

It's not a bad hotel, but it's showing its age a bit. A bit of TLC would go a long way in making it feel more welcoming.
