Riad Jenaï L'Authentique

The stay was absolutely perfect. Khadija and Reda are employees of great quality. Yannick is a host who takes care of his guests. Reda waited for us at our unexpected late arrival (flooded roads). He accompanied us to the taxi at 2:00 am when we left, thank you very much. Transfer organized by the riad. Khadija’s breakfast is a delight. She tidied our room with efficiency and delicacy. Payment is easy by bank transfer in euros. If I had to say something less positive, I would mention that without Reda’s help I would not have found the riad.

Everything was excellent! Tasty breakfast, brilliant location, close to soaks and other tourist spots. Excellent communication; straight after booking I received a message recommending a transfer and escort to the riad (I strongly recommend it too). Reda was very informative, met us, explained everything, suggested where to eat, what to see, etc. Very approachable, helped print boarding passes and took us to the taxi very early in the morning. The riad was very welcoming, exotic for us, we could easily just stay there and chill 😊 We would give more than 10 if we could. A big thank you to everyone involved in keeping such a nice place. 👍😊

“Séjour marocain confort et intimiste”

Très bon accueil, thé de bienvenue et conseils pour visiter la ville. Riyad dans la Medina, parfait pour s’immerger dans la vieille ville. Le personnel aux petits soins et disponible, très belle chambre, literie confortable et copieux petit déjeuner. La piscine sur le toit offre une belle parenthèse détente. Nous avons vraiment tout apprécié et nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir. Merci a Reda, Khadidja et Yannick pour ce merveilleux séjour. Pas accessible en voiture mais bien demander le taxi du riad pour être guidé jusqu’à la porte d’entrée

We spent eight days at this stunning Riad, and the owner kept an incredible vibe that really stuck with us. Reda and Khadija’s warm welcome and helpful tips added a real bonus. The location is also genuinely great.
