“Overall it was good”

The view from my room was amazing and it’s close to the beach, which was great; however, the crowd and the few elevators meant I often waited over 10 minutes just to go up or down.

“This hotel had false advertising and was not as advertised. Did not receive what I paid for.”

The location was convenient, yet there was no air conditioning in the rooms, dining area, hallways, or elevators. The rooms were dirty and rundown, the elevators were either broken or very slow, and they were also extremely small with no air circulation. A cockroach crawled around the food on the buffet. This hotel did not meet expectations.

“Great hotel and location. Exceptional food and really helpful and nice staff.”

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, especially Kemal Akrami at the reception desk. The food was exceptional and the selection unbelievable. The hotel was clean and centrally located. The beach and pool were very clean and offered many activities. I would definitely recommend this hotel for family holidays. The lifts were a bit slow, but understandable given the crowds.
