“Td perfeito”

The spot is great, the service is super good, the leisure area and breakfast are solid, and the water park is perfect. The leisure area, staff, and location were praised, and I went with my family and loved it!

“Um dos piores lugares que já fiquei na vida . Muito decepcionante.”

The breakfast was decent, but the single beds felt like hard wooden planks with no comfort at all. There isn’t even a place to hang towels, and if you want fresh ones you’re charged 40,00. The bathroom showed no concern for hygiene—no soap or shampoo holders, and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work in the room, which is the bare minimum nowadays. The bar snacks were terrible, and the room was swarming with mosquitoes; I had to buy insecticide because staying there was impossible, with more than a hundred bugs on the floor. Overall, there was absolutely no care for guests, especially families traveling with children.

The pools and leisure area were good. The room is awful: you walk into a corridor that looks like an abandoned 80s SUS hospital, then into a door whose original color is lost to mold, and the room has a bed that’s a 5 cm foam wooden board—like a ironing board. The fridge‑bar is from the 80s, the shower seems short‑circuiting and makes scary noises, and the flush is broken. It’s a horror film. The owner doesn’t care and should have left after 15 years, or he’s just sloppy. It’s not worth it.

A quiet place with many leisure options, friendly staff, and very helpful service. Nothing to note.
