The service is excellent and very flexible with extra requests, the prices are comfortable, the location is central, and the room is 10 out of 10. I would stay there again. The only downside was that they didn’t mention the lobby was under repair, which was a bit uncomfortable but otherwise fine.

The service was great.

The food was delicious, just keep it hot, and the location is very good. The only issue was that the scrambled eggs were cold.

The staff were kind and flexible, letting me drop off my luggage early, and the service was great; this is the second time I’ve stayed with them and they’re very friendly. Everything else was fine, though a latch on the first‑floor windows could be improved—there were folds that didn’t close properly at the edges—and adding more pillows would be a nice extra since not everyone uses just one.
