The place is clean, the rooms are spacious, and everything you need is there, but the fact that there is only one big fridge and one small one is disappointing because the number of rooms requires at least two big fridges, leaving insufficient space to store food.

I was locked out and didn’t receive the entry email until two hours after arriving, even though they claimed it was sent that morning; I spent two hours on the phone with customer service before they finally sent the email, the washrooms were messy and stank, there was no staff present throughout my stay, the rooms were not sound‑proof so I could hear every noise from other rooms and vehicles on the street, the lockbox was difficult to open and almost broke my finger, the bedroom door key sticks and required 4–8 attempts to open or lock, so I had to brace the door with a chair while sleeping because the locks are antique and outdated.

In all my hotel stays I’ve never encountered a place this disgusting; there was no soap, no handwash, no lock on the toilet door, and no heating.
