The furnishings were recent, it was clean, and the bathroom was in good condition. The room, on the ground floor with a balcony view, required the curtains to be closed and the lights on even during the day. At night it was quite noisy. The billing process was terrible: I had mentioned the need before arriving, requested it upon arrival, and followed up several times via the website, WhatsApp, and email, mostly without speaking to a person. Two weeks after the stay I still haven’t received it.
