Everything was perfect—no fuss, the place is beautiful, and the stay was flawless. No complaints; we were satisfied with everything.

The chalets were large with jacuzzis, but we weren’t told how far apart they were; we were assigned a chalet up top while our 15‑ and 8‑year‑old daughters stayed in a chalet on the lower side, almost 200 m away, and there was no room service.

The service was exceptional, with the team always ready to help; the scenery was lush and well‑preserved, and the room was very comfortable, but the bathtub didn’t heat up fully and stayed lukewarm.

I stayed at this wonderful pousada, but the Waze app led us through endless one‑way dirt roads; still, arriving after a 1 hour 50 minute drive from Campos do Jordão was worth it. Everything inside the pousada was great.
