Absolutely nothing. The room was dirty the shower was discolored and had black specs in it

The bed was comfortable, the room was fairly clean, and all amenities worked for their purpose; I liked that there was a microwave in the room. The room wasn’t sound‑proof, so I could hear all the motor vehicles and other activities outside very loudly early in the mornings while trying to sleep, likely due to a gap in the door and thin windows. We only interacted with one female staff who checked us in and out; she was very cold in her mannerisms, never made eye contact, gave one‑word answers, and simply lacked basic interpersonal skills, so we didn’t feel welcomed.

The location was the only good thing, but the cleanliness and noise were bad.

Close to family, easy to get in and out, and the room was clean. There wasn’t much insulation, so road noises were very loud and woke us early; we could hear people talking outside our room.
