The subway station was close. The air‑conditioner temperature couldn’t be adjusted.

Towels had stains, bathroom walls looked like a construction site. I stored my friends’ suitcases in the room I paid for, but after checkout they said it was not allowed. Disappointing.

There were plenty of restaurants and the hotel was only a few hundred meters from Nowon Exit 8. The area is fun to walk around at night and not too far from the Lotte Department Store. Just keep in mind this hotel is a little on the tired side – I could never quite get the hang of the sensor on the lights, but that could also be user error. My bathroom’s main showerhead needed to be refitted and I couldn’t figure out the extraction fan – the handheld shower head worked perfectly with great water pressure, and the bath was HUGE so I ended up soaking most nights anyway. I really enjoyed the scent of their body wash and shampoo too.
