“I will not be staying at this location anymore. I really feel since we had so many issues they should reimburse me part”

It’s very close to Long Beach airport. Too expensive. Overcharge too much for daily incidental. Mattress was not comfortable. Hotel restaurant does not accept cash. When it says you can pay at the property you can’t split the bill to pay upfront. You can only use one card. Refrigerator did not work. My Sister is a diabetic her insulin did not stay cold. She had to use the ice bucket. Maintenance came 3 times to fix the fridge and it still did not work. The shower was stopped up water almost overflowed out of the shower onto the floor. The sink had a slow drain. Maintenance found hair was stuck in the sink which caused the slow drainage. Maintenance did repair the shower and sink that was the only good thing

“Those were Hiccups, I hope they pay more attention, I do have pictures of the Huge Roaches...”

The vibe was pleasant, with nice restaurants, a solid gym, and swimming pools that felt spa‑like. However, there were big roaches near the front of the hotel, a loose toilet paper holder, a shower door that wouldn’t stay closed, a missing handle on the shower wand, and an unpleasant attitude from the check‑in clerk. We reported the bathroom issues the next day.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the close proximity to the airport made catching an early flight a breeze.

The location was central to all my destinations, but the main parking lot was too small and many spaces were too narrow.
