The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. There was noise from doors slamming, so you unfortunately wake up to the sound when your neighbors close theirs. The room had no bedside lamp, only the main light.

I liked the warm welcome, the staff’s kindness, and how helpful they were. The price was affordable and the hotel was very clean. The stairs with luggage were annoying; the receptionist helped me up, but I had to bring them down alone afterward. I’m truly sorry I forgot to leave a tip; I’m really sorry.

The hotel is in the center, on a very quiet inner street, just a few minutes from the Medina and 30 m from the beautiful Catholic Cathedral. The location is superb. The accommodation is simple but tasteful. The welcome was friendly, and they offered a bottle of fresh water upon arrival. 24‑hour fresh drinks are available. Elevator. Breakfast is good and the place is clean. Air conditioning. In the room, at least two hangers are needed and there’s no power outlet in the bathroom. We couldn’t figure out how the TV in the room works.
