We found the hotel to be absolutely superb; every aspect surpassed our hopes. The cuisine was tasty and varied, the service was exceptional, and the team was always courteous, professional, and helpful. The animation crew and the children’s program were especially impressive, well organized and fun each day. Rooms were spotless, and housekeeping and maintenance were outstanding throughout. The whole operation ran smoothly, creating a calm and enjoyable environment for adults and kids alike. A huge thank you to everyone for making our holiday unforgettable; everything was a perfect 10/10 and we’d gladly come back and strongly recommend this place.

The reception staff greeted us with a smile. The rooms are very clean and tidy. They offer food and drinks 24 hours a day. The variety of food and drinks is extensive and of high quality. It's located right on the seafront. The beach is wonderful. The staff are friendly. The sauna, steam room, and Turkish bath are magnificent. YOU MUST TRY CHEF HALIT'S KÜNEFE DESSERT FOR DINNER. This beautiful hotel only has one pool. It's inadequate. Walking the long way through the shops just to get to the pool is tiring. They don't offer you any nuts while you're drinking your whiskey

The desserts, meals, pool cleanliness, proximity to the sea, indoor pool and sauna were all excellent; the fruit was fresh and tasty; the snacks were great; the rooms were clean; the beach loungers and gear were sufficient. The mini‑club was bad, unfortunately it didn’t remove the shellfish, the hotel had no closed pool in the sea, no sand, the sea was bad, the lobby bar was the only place with drinks and they were terrible; the service was weak, and the wait for food was long.

The hotel's location was great, but unfortunately, the whole place felt a bit run-down. The cleanliness was a major issue, and the buffet was just disgusting - I wouldn't eat there even if you paid me. The food options were pretty limited, and it felt like I was eating the same thing over and over again.
