“Never again!! Dirty and brown stains and hair everywhere”

We got no good at all, except the staff kindly refunded us. We showed up around midnight, found the doors wide open, and when we set our bags down and tried to shower, the towels were stained and full of hair, the bed had no cover and was also dirty, and the sheets were stained and hair‑covered. The place was filthy, and because it was so late there was nobody to call for an upgrade or help, so after a few hours of crying and struggling we had to find a new place at 3 am… NEVER AGAIN!!!

The price was good and the shower rooms and WCs were in decent condition. However, the place was a mess when we arrived. There was a main hall that doubled as a kitchen with a big table, and I had to hunt for dishes that were clean—most were stained. Our room looked okay at first glance, but the floor underneath was dirty, apparently never touched, and all the fans and air conditioners were covered in dust.
