“Great and relaxing stay”

A charming guesthouse in the old town with a spacious room, comfy bed, big bathroom, and a lovely little balcony. Housekeeping cleans the room every day, and the owner is very kind and helpful. The location is wonderful, giving an authentic local vibe of Chiang Mai. Nothing negative.

My stay was truly amazing. I returned to Sin 18 years after my first visit and it lived up to the great memory I had. The place is clean and very well‑located, close to many attractions. The welcome was perfect. Sin is always smiling, caring, and ready to help us plan excursions, outings, and give advice. The value for money is really top. I recommend it a thousand times and hope to return. BRAVO. Nothing negative.

The outside of the property was really nice and available for us to just chill. The bedroom was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was also clean. It was nice that there was a small balcony because it allowed us to get fresh air. The only minor issue was that the shower didn’t have hot water, but I’m not sure if we just didn’t know how to turn it on. Other than that, everyone was really welcoming and kind. We loved it here.

“Very central place. OK to stay for a few days.”

Very central, rather sweet atmosphere. Nothing extraordinary, but I'd consider staying there again. The owner/manager lady was helpful and friendly. central location. A little bit funky but not a problem
