“Poor customer communication.”
I received a confirmation email, but when the hotel representative called, they said no rooms were available on my booked date and told me to cancel.

I had a very, very bad experience 😕. No positives to mention.

The location is fantastic, the food is great, the staff are charming, the rooms are nice, and the grounds are excellent.

It sits right in the middle of wide fields, and the Sahyadris/Panhalgad in the background make it even more picturesque. Everything else is very good.
