Only two minutes from the airport and fifteen minutes from Perugia, no parking stress, close to bars, grocery stores, a butcher, and a shopping mall three minutes by car.

Alessandro was incredibly kind and went out of his way to help us, responding quickly and warmly. The room was clean, and there was a coffee machine in the hallway for guests. The spot is great for visiting Assisi, Perugia, and nearby villages.
