The hotel clearly needs a full renovation – it’s too dark and the staff seem poorly trained, and the breakfast was disappointing with low‑quality ingredients, yet the room itself looks nice, the carpet is attractive, although the fire‑sensor stuck in the chandelier’s circle is awful; overall the room is decent but not exceptional for a three‑star property, so please remove the “Grand Hotel” signage that has already been taken down. The same issues apply: the hotel needs a total overhaul, it’s overly dim, the staff are inadequately prepared, the breakfast ingredients are subpar, the room is visually appealing with nice carpet, but the fire‑sensor embedded in the chandelier is terrible; in short, a good‑enough room but not remarkable for its rating, and the “Grand Hotel” name should be dropped.
“Dobry hotel”
The retro hotel had a very good location, good food, clean and tidy rooms, comfortable beds, a large bathroom, and a TV that could have been better with fewer channels. We stayed one night and rate the hotel positively; we can recommend it confidently. The TV in our room needs improvement—there was no Netflix channel.

Everything was fine, the kitchen was spacious and clean, the staff were very friendly, and when traveling with a dog I was met with great courtesy. There was nothing negative.

The room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was tasty, varied, and fresh. The lady monitoring the dining area kept replenishing items as they ran out, and the staff were friendly and competent. A big plus was the employee in the lounge. It’s a shame I didn’t ask her name. Perhaps a small piece of cake or fruit would have been nice, but that’s not a problem.
