I didn’t like anything. My reservation, made through Booking, was said to have failed and that there was no booking for me. I had to find another hotel after walking 93 km for two days. Nothing else. The hotel was terrible. I booked through Booking, everything was fine in the app, but when I spoke to the staff there was no reservation. I was stranded after a 93 km pilgrimage. I don’t recommend it. I’m filing a complaint with Procon and Booking.

Unfortunately I couldn’t stay. I made a seven‑hour trip, and when I arrived the city sent a message saying I couldn’t receive the family. The worst part was that we were supposed to host two elderly people. I didn’t like the lack of commitment from the establishment. We had to leave the same day. This is the second time this kind of inconvenience has happened to us through your platform.

The front desk was friendly and the breakfast was decent, but the sheets, towels and bathroom amenities felt cheap and wore out fast.

The spot is right in the city center, which is great, but the room itself was a let‑down – no breakfast despite the promise, and even basic things like toilet paper were missing. Left feeling pretty disappointed.

We got there and found our reserved room already handed to other guests, even though the hotel had confirmed it. With nowhere else to go, we ended up sleeping in the car for the night.
