I was offered a free upgrade to a better and larger room when I checked in.
“Don't stay there.”
The only thing we liked was the location. We were handed an uncleaned room first, which was exhausting because we had to move from one building to another where the reception was already handling suitcases and it was late. The beds were terrible, offering no comfort at all. Breakfast was crowded – long lines and uncomfortable seating. It was hard to find a table; many people were there but the tables were occupied or some had not been cleaned by staff. The juice was so diluted with water that you could taste only water. The tea/coffee glasses in the room were paper ones, which was uncomfortable. Just above our head there was a temperature-regulating device that emitted blue light, which was exactly in the face during the night! There was no shoe rack. The room layout was odd; you couldn’t watch TV from the bed. It is the worst hotel in Sweden I have ever been to.
