The apartment was gorgeous, spacious, beautifully decorated and spotless, and we were welcomed warmly with everything set up nicely. It sat in the heart of a charming medieval village, but the centre felt deserted with hardly any cafés, restaurants or shops – just one tiny store.

We wanted a quiet week to relax, and that house was great—everything you could need was there. The sofa, while huge, was a bit worn and could use a refresh, the air‑conditioning caused trouble but someone came to fix it, but overall it was very good.
