The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, the staff's lack of attention to detail really let them down. They failed to provide me with a receipt for my stay, which was a major inconvenience. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but the oversight with the receipt was a big problem. It's a shame, because with a bit more care, this place could be great.
