The market nearby was fantastic, just under a block away, and the food was great; the venue itself was very clean and pleasant.

Clean. Your address stated that there was one bed and 2 sofa beds. There were not two sofa beds add the management said that there website does not list three beds. That your site got it wrong. So we did not have enough beds for the people we had

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's location, which was perfect for my stay. However, I did find myself wishing for a bit more comfort in terms of bedding, as the two beds could have benefited from additional pillows and blankets.
