I can wholeheartedly recommend this lovely vacation apartment, run by a very friendly host. Everything is tastefully and stylishly decorated, creating a mood‑setting stay. Plus, there are many sights nearby, both close and farther away, right in the ancient wine‑growing region of Kakheti.

The apartment was great—very clean, fully equipped, and all the appliances worked. It’s perfect for 1–2 people; a third guest would feel cramped. The taxi stop, Nadiqari Park, city museum, plane tree (!), walking areas, and the overall location were all excellent. The host was very helpful when we had no SIM card and couldn’t reach the taxi driver; she called and texted the driver several times for us. I liked that the shower had a wide shelf where I could put my glasses. I’ve never seen a shower shelf in any hotel that’s so convenient—no slipping, no reaching far. Thanks, Elene, we had a wonderful 4‑day stay at Terracotta. The only downside was that the apartment’s corridor has three steps, which is a house feature that’s not very convenient; you have to remember them if you need to go to the bathroom or kitchen at night, but that’s my problem since I don’t sleep well and get up at night. My husband sleeps soundly, so it’s not an issue for him.

The rooms are in the perfect spot for exploring Kakheti—both its wine culture and historical attractions. On the other hand, the rooms are close to the Palace of Irakli II. Inside, everything is tidy, the pillows are the best, and the bathroom is clean and convenient. The ventilation isn’t great, so there’s a lot of humidity inside, but the owner provides air‑dryers.

The location is excellent: right in the city center yet still secluded! The room’s design is very pleasant, everything you need is available! The mattress is soft, the pillows are soft, the linens are pristine! Overall, Terracotta felt very cozy, home‑like, and comfortable, making the stay enjoyable! Also, it was personally important to me that there was no TV, and I’m grateful for that! I think a TV is never necessary. Nothing was disliked.
